Cooperation Models
Source Code Cooperation
Customers may be licensed to use Ubases IoT project source code in related projects. They may not modify and redistribute the software in source-code form or offer services substantially similar to those of Ubases IoT. The executed contract governs the specific terms.
I. After the contract is signed, the following services and authorizations are available:
(1) Private cloud deployment and connection rights for the devices and data scope specified in the contract. Deployment fees apply.
(2) Authorization to use device firmware SDK source code.
(3) A license to use the standard app, app SDK, and app control-page source code.
II. After purchasing 10,000 modules, the following services and licenses are available:
(1) Includes the contents mentioned in Section I
(2) A license to use the app API source code and customize the app for business requirements
(3) A license to use the cloud API source code and customize cloud APIs for business requirements
III. After purchasing 100,000 modules, the following services and authorizations are available:
(1) Includes the contents mentioned in Sections I and II
(2) Six months of managed operations and maintenance services at no additional charge
IV. After purchasing 300,000 modules, the following services and authorizations are available:
(1) Includes the contents mentioned in Sections I, II, and III
(2) Authorization to use cloud management platform source code
(3) Authorization to use open platform source code
V. Full source-code access, including device credential rules, authentication, service rules, and related components, provides the following services and licenses:
(1) Includes the contents mentioned in Sections I, II, III, and IV
(2) Authorization to use MQTT device authentication and authorization service source code
(3) Authorization to use intelligent rule engine source code
VI. The following services and licenses are available to established major customers:
(1) In addition to authorizing all source code usage rights, free upgrade services are provided (excluding specially customized parts)
