In-App User Feedback

Both the Ubases IoT App and customer OEM Apps include an in-app feedback feature. Users can submit issues or suggestions at any time, associate them with a specific device, and attach images or videos to provide more context. They can also track each submission’s status and view replies from the brand or developer.

   

After feedback is submitted in the App, developers can view it on the Ubases IoT development platform, investigate the issue, and reply. When a reply is sent, the user receives a push notification in real time.
