When Contacting, Please Provide

Common After-Sales Issues
OLED Not Displaying / PWR LED Not On After Power-up
- Check if the Type-C cable is plugged into the STM32 debug port (the USB port near the edge with CH340C chip), not the PD power port
- Check if the Ai-WV01-32S-Kit is firmly seated and oriented correctly (antenna facing outward)
- Try a different Type-C data cable
STM32 Firmware Flashing Fails
- Confirm BOOT0 jumper cap is connected to GND
- Confirm ST-Link wiring: SWDIO→PA13, SWCLK→PA14, GND→GND, 3.3V→VDD
- Try pressing RST then clicking flash immediately
Abnormal Functions After Firmware Update
- Confirm the correct firmware version was flashed
- Re-flash the factory firmware or contact technical support for the latest firmware
