Ra-01SH-P

  • The Ra-01SH-P is a LoRa series module designed and developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. It is optimized for ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication, featuring the SX1262 RF chip with a LoRa™ remote modem, which ensures strong anti-interference capabilities and minimal current consumption.

  • Supports FSK, GFSK, and LoRa® modulation.

  • Covers the frequency band 803MHz–930MHz.

  • Adjustable maximum transmit power (configuration methods 详见下文设计指导): ① Default configuration: Internal PA powered by 3.3V, achieving up to +29dBm TxPower at 750mA current. ② Optional configuration: Internal PA powered by 5V, achieving up to +31dBm TxPower at 1A current.

  • Ultra-high sensitivity: As low as -137dBm@SF10125KHz.

  • Compact size: 17×16×3.2(±0.2)mm, dual-row stamp-hole SMD package.

  • Supports spreading factors SF5/SF6/SF7/SF8/SF9/SF10/SF11/SF12.

  • Low power consumption in receive mode: Minimum 16mA receive current.

  • SPI interface with half-duplex communication, CRC, and 256-byte packet engine.
