Ra-01SH
- The Ai-Thinker LoRa series module (Ra-01SH) is designed and developed by Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. This module is used for ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication, with its RF chip SX1262 primarily employing the LoRa™ remote modem for robust anti-interference capabilities and minimal current consumption.

Supports FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, LoRa™, and OOK modulation methods.
Covers the frequency band 803MHz–930MHz.
Operates at 3.3V with a maximum output of +22dBm and a maximum operating current of 140mA.
Low power consumption in receive mode: Minimum 4.2mA receive current, 1.6mA standby current.
High sensitivity: As low as -140dBm.
Compact dual-row stamp-hole SMD package.
