1. Product Introduction

▫️ Key Features

Ra-01

  • The Ra-01 LoRa module utilizes the SX1278 RF chip featuring SEMTECH's LoRa™ modulation.
  • This technology enables ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication with high sensitivity (-148dBm), +20dBm transmit power, enhanced interference immunity, and minimized current consumption.
  • Compared to traditional modulation, LoRa™ significantly improves blocking resistance and selectivity, resolving the inherent trade-off between range, interference immunity, and power consumption. Typical applications include automated meter reading, building/home automation, security systems, and remote irrigation.

▫️ Technical Highlights

  • LoRa™ modem

  • Supports FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, LoRa™, and OOK modulation methods

  • Supports frequency bands of 410MHz~525MHz

  • Operating voltage: 3.3V, maximum output: +20dBm, maximum operating current: 105mA

  • Low power consumption in receiving state: receiving current is 12.15mA, standby current is 1.6mA

  • High sensitivity: as low as -140dBm

  • Small-size dual-row stamp hole surface-mount package

  • The module adopts an SPI interface, uses half-duplex communication, with CRC and a data packet engine of up to 256 bytes
