▫️ Key Features

Ra-01SC

  • The Ai-Thinker LoRa series module Ra-01SC is designed and developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. Designed for ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication, its RF chip LLCC68 utilizes the LoRa™ remote modem, offering strong anti-interference capabilities and low power consumption.

▫️ Technical Highlights

  • LoRa™ modem support.

  • Supports FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, LoRa™, and OOK modulation methods.

  • Covers the frequency band 410MHz–525MHz.

  • Operates at 3.3V with a maximum transmit power of +22dBm and a maximum operating current of 140mA.

  • Low power consumption in receive mode: Minimum 4.2mA receive current, 0.6mA standby current.

  • High sensitivity: As low as -129dBm.

  • Supports spreading factors SF5/SF6/SF7/SF8/SF9/SF10/SF11.

  • Compact dual-row stamp-hole SMD package.

  • Uses an SPI interface for half-duplex communication, with CRC and a packet engine supporting up to 256 bytes.

  • Antenna interface compatible with stamp holes, round holes, IPEX connectors, and other configurations for versatile design options.
