  • The Ra-01SCH-P is a LoRa series module designed and developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. Designed for ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication, its RF chip LLCC68+ utilizes the LoRa™ remote modem, offering strong anti-interference capabilities and minimizing current consumption.

  • Supports FSK, GFSK, and LoRa® modulation.

  • Covers the frequency band 803MHz–930MHz.

  • Adjustable maximum transmit power:

    • ① Default configuration: Internal PA powered by 3.3V, achieving up to +29dBm TxPower at 750mA current.
    • ② Optional configuration: Internal PA powered by 5V, achieving up to +31dBm TxPower at 1A current.
  • Ultra-high sensitivity: As low as -137dBm@SF10125KHz.

  • Compact size: 17×16×3.2(±0.2)mm, dual-row stamp-hole SMD package.

  • Supports spreading factors SF5/SF6/SF7/SF8/SF9/SF10/SF11.
