Ra-01SCH
- The Ra-01SCH is a LoRa series module designed and developed by Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. It is used for ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication, with its RF chip LLCC68 primarily employing the LoRa™ remote modem for strong anti-interference capabilities and minimal current consumption.

Supports FSK, GFSK, and LoRa® modulation methods.
Covers the frequency band of 803MHz to 930MHz.
Operates at 3.3V with a maximum output power of +22dBm and a maximum operating current of 120mA.
Exhibits low power consumption in receive mode, with a minimum receive current of 4.2mA and a standby current of 0.6mA.
High sensitivity: as low as -129dBm.
Supports spreading factors SF5/SF6/SF7/SF8/SF9/SF10/SF11.
Compact dual-row stamp-hole SMD package.
