Ai-M64 Series
The BW60-12F is a dual-band Wi-Fi + BLE5.4 SoC module developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Technology Co., Ltd. based on the RTL8711FA series chip. It integrates Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, supporting 2.4GHz/5.8GHz dual-band operation and the 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax protocols. The RTL8711FA features dual RISC cores compatible with the Arm Cortex-M55 instruction set and based on the Armv8.1-M architecture; with a maximum clock speed of 320MHz, it incorporates fine-grained clock gating, multiple power modes, and dynamic power scaling to balance high performance with ultra-low power consumption.
The BW60-12F module offers a rich set of external interfaces, integrating UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, ADC, RMII, capacitive touch, and general-purpose sensor interfaces. It is equipped with high-speed SDIO and USB interfaces, as well as DMIC and I2S audio interfaces, and features flexibly configurable GPIOs. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart home appliances.
