Changes

• Updated the AT firmware version configuration from V4.18_P1.0.22 to V4.18_P1.0.23.
• Corrected the chip pin configuration for the AT UART: UART1 TX = PA26 and UART1 RX = PA25, addressing an issue that prevented the AT UART from working.
• Added RTL8711FX OTA adaptation. The firmware package includes ota_all.bin.
• Added file system initialization to address a Bluetooth initialization issue.
• Updated the chip binding configuration to use the physical eFuse area API.

The source configuration for this version also enables Wi-Fi, BLE, HTTP, MQTT, and Socket AT commands.
