RG-03H
- The RG-03H gateway is a single-channel LoRaWAN gateway device developed by Shenzhen Anxinke Technology Co., Ltd. This product uses the company's self-developed Wi-Fi/BLE dual-mode module and is equipped with the same series of LoRa modules (Ra-01SH or Ra-01SH-P) to achieve data parsing and transmission in accordance with the LoRaWAN protocol.
- The RG-03H gateway supports various backhaul methods such as Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and 3G/4G cellular networks, and can meet the deployment requirements in different network environments.
- The RG-03H offers two hardware configuration versions, corresponding to the Ra-01SH and Ra-01SH-P modules, both targeting ultra-long-distance spread-spectrum communication scenarios. Its core radio frequency part uses the SX1262 chip from Semtech, integrating LoRa® modulation technology, featuring high sensitivity (up to -148dBm or above), low power consumption, and high anti-interference capability, ensuring the stability and coverage of data transmission.

This product uses the company's self-developed Ra-08H module as the core control unit to achieve the underlying encapsulation and data transmission of the LoRaWAN protocol.
- In terms of power supply design, the equipment is equipped with a high-capacity 19000mAh ER34615 lithium bisulfate-chloride battery, which meets the requirements for long-term maintenance-free deployment and significantly reduces on-site operation and maintenance costs. Its external SHT40 high-precision digital temperature and humidity sensor provides precise environmental perception capabilities. The key performance indicators are as follows:
- Temperature measurement: Accuracy up to ±0.2℃ (working range 0 - 60℃);
- Humidity measurement: Accuracy up to ±1.8%RH (working range 30 - 70%RH, @25℃).
- Core wireless module technical specifications: The Ra-08H module equipped in the device is built based on the ASR6601 system-level packaging chip. This chip is a highly integrated LPWAN wireless communication SoC, and its internal architecture includes:
- RF Frontend: Integrates multi-mode transceivers, supporting various modulation schemes such as LoRa, FSK, MSK, and BPSK;
- Baseband Processing: Equipped with a dedicated LoRa demodulator to ensure the physical layer reliability of ultra-long-distance spread spectrum communication;
- Application Processor: Embedded with a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core, with a maximum operating frequency of 48 MHz, capable of independently completing sensor data acquisition, preprocessing, and protocol stack maintenance.
- This module has optimized multiple modulation modes for the LPWAN scenario: Supports standard low-power wide area network communication in LoRa and (G)FSK modes; The transmission link additionally supports BPSK and (G)MSK modulation, and the reception link simultaneously supports (G)MSK signal demodulation, thereby providing extremely strong protocol adaptability and deployment flexibility for complex IoT edge nodes.
