BW Series

  • BW20: A dual-band Wi-Fi + BLE 5.0 module series based on Realtek RTL8711, supporting dual-band (2.4/5GHz) 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN. Integrates dual-core MCU: ARM V8.1 (compatible with Cortex-M4F, up to 330MHz) and ARM V8M (compatible with Cortex-M0).

  • Dual-band 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi 4 (802.11a/b/g/n, HT20/HT40)

  • Dual-core MCU: high-performance core up to 330 MHz plus a low-power core
  • BLE advertising/connection in sleep; up to 3 Peripheral and 8 Central connections
  • 802.11k/v/r fast roaming

  • Flash 4 MB by default, optional 8 / 16 MB; optional 4 MB PSRAM
  • Wi-Fi DTIM keep-alive, Wi-Fi roaming, and Wi-Fi Cast
  • Security: WPA/WPA2/WPA3 Personal + Enterprise (EAP-TLS / TTLS / PEAP / FAST)
  • Secondary development with Ameba-RTOS (Linux / Windows)
