BU Series
- BU01 is an Ultra-Wideband (UWB) module designed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Co., Ltd. based on Decawave's DW1000 series chips. It integrates an antenna, RF circuit, power management, and clock circuit. BU01 can be used in two-way ranging or TWR positioning systems, achieving a positioning accuracy of up to 10 centimeters and supporting a data rate of up to 6.8 Mbps.

BU03 integrates an onboard ceramic antenna, RF circuit, and power management. It can be used in two-way ranging, TDOA, or PDOA positioning systems, achieving a positioning accuracy of up to 10 centimeters and supporting a data rate of up to 6.8 Mbps.
- BU04 is a dual-antenna Ultra-Wideband (UWB) module designed by Shenzhen Aithinker Technology Co., Ltd. based on Decawave's DW3000 series chips. BU04 integrates DW3000 + STM32F103 MCU and supports dual onboard antennas or dual IPEX connectors for external antennas. It can be used in two-way ranging, TDOA, or PDOA positioning systems, achieving a positioning accuracy of up to 10 centimeters and supporting a data rate of up to 6.8 Mbps.
