The WeChat team officially released the SDK for direct connection of hardware devices to the WeChat hardware platform. The so-called “direct connection” refers to the direct connection of hardware devices to the server provided by WeChat (WeChat hardware cloud), and manufacturers do not need to build a dedicated remote server for hardware. The “Direct Connection” SDK provides the connection data path from the device end to the server end, and at the same time provides functions such as device connection authentication, local area network discovery, firmware management, statistical data reporting, and status update.

　　 With hardware devices connected to the “direct connection” SDK, manufacturers can use standard data formats for application-side development, such as rapid development of HTML5 remote control panels in the official account, and even use the preset default panels.
