1. Get A9Tracker app

2. Registration

Find the A9Tracker application on your mobile desktop and open it, find the text “Register a new user” in the displayed interface and click to jump to the register new user interface; enter the correct mobile phone number in the first input box and click on the right Get verification code“ button to get the A9Tracker registration verification code, wait for the verification code SMS and enter the 6-digit verification code obtained into the second input box; set your login password in the third input box, and click the small on the right The eye icon shows or hides the password you set; after setting and confirming your password, click the “register now” button to register; at this point, you have completed the A9Tracker APP user registration process.

3. Login

Find the A9Tracker application on your mobile desktop and open it, enter the mobile phone number you registered in the second step in the first input box on the displayed interface; enter the mobile number you registered in the second step in the second input box The password corresponding to the mobile phone number, click the small eye icon on the right to check whether the password is entered correctly or hide the password you entered; after confirming the mobile number and password, click the “login button” to log in; at this point, you have completed the A9Tracker APP user login process .

4. Anonymous login

Find the A9Tracker application on your mobile desktop and open it, and find the “Skip»” button in the displayed interface to log in anonymously. This step is only required to complete the anonymous log in process.

5. Retrieve the password

Find the A9Tracker application on your phone desktop and open it, find the text “Forgot your password?” in the displayed interface and click to jump to the reset password interface, and enter your registered phone number in the first input box on the interface And click the “Get Verification Code” button on the right to get the SMS verification code for resetting the password; wait for the arrival of the SMS and enter the 6-digit verification code obtained into the second input box; in the third input box Enter the new password you need to set, and click the small eye icon on the right to view the entered password or hide the password; after confirming the new password, click the “reset password” button; at this point, you have completed the process of retrieving the password.

6. Binding devices

After the login is successful, jump to the My Device interface (A9Tracker will apply for the permission to locate the mobile phone, please click Allow at this time, otherwise it will affect the subsequent operations). If you haven’t bound any device yet, click the “•••” icon in the upper right corner and click the “Scan for binding device” option in the pop-up drop-down menu (A9Tracker asks you for permission to use the camera, click agree, or it will affect subsequent operations), Or click the middle part of the page to automatically call the camera to scan the code (note that the first time you use the APP, click here, it will remind you that there is an error in calling the camera. This is because there is no permission, so it is recommended that you click the upper right corner when you use it for the first time “•••” icon, follow the prompts to give permissions). After successfully obtaining the camera permission, it will jump to the QR code scanning interface. At this time, place the QR code corresponding to your A9G module (to obtain the QR code, please refer to the beginning of the tutorial on this page) behind the phone camera to make a two-dimensional The image formed by the code is in the scanning box of the APP interface, waiting for the result of the scanning process; after the binding is successful, pull down the page to refresh, and the bound device appears; Here, the process of binding the device is completed.

7. equipment monitoring

After binding the device, you need to insert the SIM card (China Mobile) into the device with the built-in A9 module and power it on so that the module can connect to the Internet; after powering on the bound device and connecting to the Internet, the device will be offline Transition to online status, it will be displayed in the “Online Devices” column of the list of “My Devices” interface of the APP; clicking on any online device will jump to the device monitoring interface (you need to grant positioning permission); In the device monitoring interface, you can locate the device and use the APP to perform a series of operations. For detailed functional operations, refer to Item 8. At this point, you have completed the introduction to APP operation.

8. APP function

1. Locate the current location of the phone and display it in the center on the map → click the first one of the vertical buttons floating in the upper right corner of the map

3. Switch to normal map/satellite map → click the third one of the vertical buttons floating in the upper right corner of the map

4. More map operations

  4.1 Zoom the map -> Pinch and adjust with two fingers, or click the "+"/"-" floating in the vertical button at the bottom right corner of the map

5. Add a fence to the device

  5.1 Recording fence
      Click the "•••" icon in the upper right corner of the device monitoring interface to pop up a drop-down menu and click the "Record Fence" option, and then click on three points or more in different locations on the map to display the polygon fence.

      After recording your electronic fence, click the "•••" icon in the upper right corner of the device monitoring interface to pop up a drop-down menu and click the "Save Fence" option
