▫️ Overview

RF433 Series

  • Ai-SG01: A wireless module based on the new generation PAN3210 RF chip from Pantech Microelectronics, with selectable frequency bands of 420-445MHz and 470-510MHz. It features a receiver sensitivity of -121dBm and a transmit power of +20dBm. Its core advantages lie in its ultra-miniaturized package and ultimate RF performance.

  • SI4432: A wireless module based on the Silicon Labs SI4432 chip, with a frequency band of 410-525MHz. It has a receiver sensitivity of -117dBm, a transmit power of +20dBm, and a communication range of >1000 meters in open environments.

  • BS01: A Sub-1GHz RF module based on the Si4463 chip, operating in the 119-1050MHz band, with a sensitivity of -126dBm. It supports ultra-low active/sleep power consumption and is suitable for small-size, low-cost IoT applications.
